The Arena Opera Festival turns 100

The 100th edition of the Arena Opera Festival began this past June 16 with live broadcasts worldwide and will continue with a rich program until August 31. The greatest opera voices of international fame will take the stage at the Verona Arena, while dance enthusiasts can look forward to Roberto Bolle & Friends, and, for the first time, the arena will also host a symphonic concert with the orchestra from Milan’s Teatro alla Scala. Hotel Smeraldo is only half an hour's drive from the Verona Arena, and a holiday in Lazise on Lake Garda is the perfect opportunity to see a show at the Arena Opera Festival.
